Part-Time Afternoon Receptionist

Position Title                                                                    Reports to: 

Part-Time Afternoon Receptionist                                  Controller/Accounting

                                     

Schedule:  Tuesday-Friday 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm (18 hours per week).  Also must have the ability to fill in for morning receptionist as need arises.             

 

Primary Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Greet station guests
  • Answer and route phone calls
  • Organize and prepare documents for prize winners
  • Additional duties include such as preparing mailings, pamphlets, and other projects that he/she may be asked to assist with from time to time.

 

Business Skills:

  • Proficient use of a computer and a calculator
  • General office and people skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Basic computer skills including using Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.

Professional Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum education of a high school diploma.  The candidate will also be able to work under pressure and within deadlines.
