Link is an intensive day-long leadership development program for Emma Bowen Fellows to learn about the impact of media for social change, explore myriad career paths within the media and technology industries, and reflect critically on the skills necessary for long-term success, with the help of our Measuring a Leader framework. This program encourages students to identify a professional purpose, explore how personal identity is connected to that purpose, and identify the skills needed to achieve their goals. Link 2.0 also unites an outstanding group of industry professionals, who are gifted both in developing others and in understanding the corporate workplace, with Emma Bowen Foundation mentees. Each student is assigned a mentor to help them reach their potential by giving them perspective on career decisions, workplace dynamics, and media industry trends.
