Bloomberg LP has built a significant media business spanning television, digital, magazine, radio and live event platforms across the globe. In the midst of a historic time in the media industry, Bloomberg Media is growing its global footprint and reach through new innovations from Quicktake to New Economy to our rapidly growing consumer subscription business.

Our Content Production Department is made up of highly skilled graphic designers and video editors that support our global audience for Bloomberg Television on all platforms.

We are looking for someone with a fresh approach to great visual storytelling with the use of motion graphic design and video for content that will be shared across all media platforms, including live broadcasts, digital and social.
 
We’ll trust you to:

-Have a strong sense of typography and composition as well as stylistic versatility
-Implement strategic guidance to ensure that design solutions support specific business goals
-Edit video, graphics and audio to support multimedia programs and projects
-Create fresh, engaging video content that follows our brand standards across broadcast, digital and social platforms
-Manage and coordinate graphic and video projects from start to finish
-Excellent time management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail/accuracy
-Ability to work collaboratively with a team, independently, and under direction
-Creative drive to explore new approaches to news storytelling
-Pitch thoughts and ideas to further the Bloomberg brand
-Provide multimedia design support across various lines of business

You’ll need to have:

-Bachelor's degree
-3+ years of experience
-Understanding of video production as it relates to brand strategy through integrating copy and design to execute effective content
-Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
-Proficient with Mac OS
-Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and a critical eye for detail
-Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
-Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
-Stellar written and verbal communication skills

We’d love to see:

-Cinema 4D experience
-Flexible to shifts during overnight hours/weekends/holidays
