That’s where you come in. To support us in this mission, the Corporate Communications team has created a new role, Director of Customer Experience. We need a strong leader to drive, develop, and execute the company’s Customer Experience communications efforts. You will be responsible for developing strategic communications materials and sharing our improvement story with press, influencers and customers across the country and across traditional, digital and social platforms. You will also work directly and collaboratively with senior leadership, the broader Corporate Communications team, and other functional areas to cascade our Customer Experience transformation story to key audiences. Additionally, you will plan and execute events that raise the profile of the company and our brand and reputation.
This is a big job and the stakes are high. We need someone who is passionate about what the work and excited about our mission to transform the customer experience.
