WKSU is seeking a Member Services and Stewardship Manager for the Membership Department. This is an opportunity for a creative visionary with a member-first attitude who can successfully manage projects and relationships. Our membership program is comprised of thousands of dedicated supporters and includes a sustaining membership.
This position will develop and manage member service initiatives as well as recognition and stewardship programs. On a daily basis, this position will ensure WKSU constituents receive quality, timely assistance and will act as the front-line customer service provider to WKSU members. This position will also work closely with the membership director to develop fundraising strategies, implement tactics and meet revenue goals. Necessary qualifications include demonstrated top-notch customer service skills, prior experience managing customer service databases and an ability to stay organized while multi-tasking and handling rapidly changing priorities.
